As you may remember from my blog entry a couple days ago, I recently created a javascript animation library. In the first day, it received over 2,000 visitors, thanks to StumbleUpon. After that, it was already on the first page of the google results for ‘javascript animation ‘library’ and the ads were doing quite well. Now, to put the cherry on this delicious sunday, someone at Six Revisions didn’t do their homework, and used the google search results to write a top ten list! Read more…

Some time ago, after eating a couple sandwiches late one night, I had come to a web-design epiphany. I was feeling nostalgic about 90′s web design. I remembered a time when 60% of the internet’s websites were hosted by either Geocities or Angelfire. I remembered a time when animated gifs were king. But most of all, I remembered a time of youthful enthusiasm for the digital revolution, the dot-com boom.
